Loopalong respects the rights of creators. Book covers, posters, album art and place photos shown in Loopalong come from third-party sources or from people who use the app.
Reporting content
If you believe something in Loopalong infringes your copyright, email privacy@loopalong.com with:
- The work you believe is infringed.
- Where it appears in Loopalong (a link or a description, such as the book or entry name).
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every report and remove or disable access to the content when the report is valid, usually within a few business days. We may share the report with the person who added the content.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email privacy@loopalong.com with the details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
